Amazing book. Darrin Zeer is truly a master of relaxation.
Stretching is the key, and this book is all about it! It is a fun book, with practical and proper poses that really do help you feel good while you do those mindless blubbering things at work! Great for the student, the CEO, and your closest friends! My parents love it! And If you only learn one thing before you die...remember to breathe!
Well...my job is high speed and this is the first book that has helped with stress. It's a simple, hip, small, hard cover book with very nice illustrations. My favorite sections include; 'Email Meditation' and 'Yoga in bed'. I bought one for myself, my husband and my boss. Enjoy! Monique in California...
