Overview

In this book, you will find a complete guide to finding, selecting and hiring a nanny as well as ways that will definitely help to keep you and your nanny happy. It is not a typical "how-to" book. The author includes her own experience and examples of successful and "not so" successful stories on finding in-home childcare. At each step of the process, you will find resource material to help you as well as additional resources available on the Internet. The book is easy reading and easy to pick up at any point in your search to answer a question you may have. An added bonus is that it gives you alternatives if you decide that in-home childcare is not for you.

The author really gives a very good idea of what you are up against in your quest to find the "perfect nanny" and the ways to minimize the pain. The only thing the author does not do is provide the nanny of your dreams.
