The story was okay. This is a SHORT story. Only 16pgs. Spoiler: the story started out great. She set the story up during the Brisbane Zombie Walk foundation. We get a good description on how the bars look, & how the people come as zombie or hunters. After her group has some fun, they start going thier seperate ways. On thier way home, they noticed "zombies" are acting strangley & people commenting they really, really are into their roles. We follow the main char back home to where she sees a zombie on the bus & hopes the bus will be able to clean up the seats from the fake blood. She continues to notice character zombies, as she conitues to go home. She keeps walking, & now its like we are mising pages here because the story ends with the rain coming to wash away the terror of the nite, which hasnt even started yet.. Did she make it home? is she killed on the way? They next 2 papragraphs , just say the strom broke , the gutters filled with blood, & the weather would never wash away the terror. No one is running around thinking there is a REAL zombie problem. so there was no terror then, but maybe as nite wore on? I think Ms Harding needed to complete the main characters journe home or have her killd by zombies. If she reaches home, she could come in watch the TV, find out she was really could have been attacked & that would have really freak her out. GL to Ms Harding. Never as easy as it seems!

The author has the right idea and a good start but the storyline needs a bit of work and it needs to be fleshed out and fine tuned.

It's not the best l have read. For one, it lacked the ability to keep my attention for long. The peculiar zombies were about the most interesting thing in this short story.

Although Ms Harding is a good writer, she didn't make her point here. Check out her "Speak for the Dead".
