Editorial Reviews

Children's Literature - Jillian Kobelin
This lift-the-flap book is an adaptation of the hit television series Olivia on Nickelodeon about an adorable and spunky little pig. In this story, Cinderella on Ice is coming to town. Olivia hopes to be the lucky audience member chosen to skate side-by-side with the fabulous Sonya Spencer, but she knows it will take a lot of practice to perform well on stage. Unfortunately, Sonya gets sick last minute and the show is cancelled. But count on Olivia to jump into the spotlight and put on a Cinderella on Ice show for the whole neighborhood to enjoy! The story is paired with illustrations and characters with which Olivia fans will be familiar. Each page has a flap for readers to lift that adds text and illustration depth to the story. This book will be a hit with little Olivia fans (of the original book series and TV show)—it may even create a few new skating stars! Reviewer: Jillian Kobelin
