    Great music mix

The music is very soulful and moving. An eclectic mix to do the flow series to.

    I love it!

I read the article in Newsweek about how Cindi Lee had to piece music together before and how she put this together to best meet the needs of a vinyasa flow class. It is my new favorite and it is very very great!
