BabyWise and Common Sense make for outstanding results

For those who say that the BabyWise series is horrible propaganda, you should look at your own ability to use common sense. Ezzo's series of BabyWise books are an excellent way to base your discipline style. I have 3 children who have been raised with BabyWise. They all slept and ate wonderfully and are completely confident and enjoyable children. Again, I say that you should use these books as a guide, but above all, use common sense. BabyWise parents do not starve their children of food or love. It's just the opposite. As a BabyWise parent I give my children everything they need in a dependable and loving manner. We are a better and stronger family for it. But, we are a family that is run and guided by the parents, not the children. Children do not control our house, the knowledgeable parents decide what is right and what is not.

READ THIS BOOK WHEN YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO.....READ IT WHEN YOU DO!

I bought this book after the great results I got from reading Baby Wise. My 5 year old had been having ALOT of problems in kindergarden and my husband and I were doing all we knew, and did not know what else to do. Within one week of practicing the guidelines, the difference was amazing!!! My son no longer has problems, my husband and I are actually closer because of this book, and his school teacher is no longer sending bad notes home with him everyday. Thank the Lord for Gary Ezzo, God Bless him for writing this book. It was a blessing to frustrated parents, and helped us identify our child's REAL needs.

Excellent resource to develop well-behaved kids!

This book helped to change me from a yelling Mom to a calm, more loving Mom. It transformed our children into better behaved kids who listen and obey us the FIRST time they are told to do something. It gives practical advice on how to raise polite, loving and obedient children. We are thankful to Mr. Ezzo and Dr. Bucknam for writing such wonderful books.

would give zero stars if I could

This, along with all of the Ezzo propaganda, is simply child abuse in the name of 'Christian Parenting'(the Baby Wise curriculum is the secular version of the CHristian 'Growing Kids God's Way' materials which just add twisted scripture verses to further their agenda). If you would like to read parenting books that are worth something, read the 'Boundary' books by Cloud and Townsend, or anything by Dr. Sears or Elizabeth Pantley. DO not waste your time or money on anything written by Gary Ezzo. Look up 'Ezzo' on the internet and you will see scores of sites that are against this dangerous brand of parenting/child programming.
