Colleen Patrick-Goudreau offers great insight and detailed information to present consumers with all of the facts, so that they can be informed and conscious of what they buy and put into their mouths. This is a great book for vegans, people who are thinking about becoming vegan, and skeptics alike.
Great essays on what it means to be vegan and how intention is more important than perfection. My only issue is with several grammatical errors in this edition which took away my focus, otherwise, this is a great read.
