Skylar van der Meeren is a column writer, at Rogue publishing, who dreams about becoming a feature writer. Her editor-in-chief seems to hate the world and everyone in it so her goal seems desperately unreachable. Then the owner of the company unexpectedly decides to give her the opportunity of a lifetime. She is chosen to write a feature about being on tour with a well-known heavy metal-band. Skylar is a homebound type with no experience in the music industry and she will be only woman in the group.
