Meet the Author

Rita Kohn also has three public relations books published by Scarecrow. You Can Do It (1981) is a PR skills manual; Have You Got What They Want? (1982) is a workbook on PR strategies especially directed to school librarians/media specialists; and Experiencing Displays (1982) is an open-ended PR guide that supports individual creativity in developing integrated library displays. Ms. Kohn is also a playwright whose award-winning play, Necessities, highlights the life of Louisa May Alcott. She has taught literature for children at Illinois State University and Butler University.
