This is an excellent source of information for hiking Half Dome. It is a "must have", if not only for, the last water source before the top. The little spring is hidden behind a log and very well described. It describes recommended training, different routes, possible hazards and the necessities to take. As for the necessities, it goes a little "over kill". But, at least you can selectively reduce the the amout that you carry and the weight of your pack.
