    Saved the Best for Last

Jill Shalvis ends the Lucky Harbor series perfectly. If you like Lucille, you must read this one. I have loved every novel in this series, but she truly saved the best for last.

    NUMBER OF HEARTS: 4 3/4
    REVIEW:
Seriously, I can not get enough of Jill Shalvis’ Lucky Harbor books. Every single book that I have read I have totally and utterly fallen in love with. I am so very upset and hope that this is not true that this is the last Lucky Harbor novel. I know there is a novella to come in December. But I honestly don’t know what I am going to do about not having a new Lucky Harbor book in my future. Well I guess I could do a re-read. And I guess I can hope that Ms. Shalvis will come to her senses and realize that Lucky Harbor needs more love stories.

That being said back to One in a Million. There was just something about Tanner that grabbed me when he stepped on the pages in He’s So Fine. Now don’t get me wrong Cole & Sam are hot and I loved them too. But Tanner stole my heart. There is just something about this tough, wounded, ex Navy Seal that screams “I need a hug”. But never fear Callie seems to have that part covered (darn her ;) ) Anywhoo..... Loved loved loved loved this book. Loved Callie (even if I wanted to slap her up side the head a time or two. Thank goodness for Lucille).

Loved this whole series. And honestly tearing up just a bit that it could be over. But never say never right *sniff, sniff* If you are a Lucky Harbor fan you will totally love One in a Million. If you are new you really should start at the beginning with Simply Irresistible.

Jill saved the best for last. Tanner and Callie's story is absolutely a delight. I could not put this book down because of the emotional roller-coaster. Jill's style of writing has you laughing one minute, crying the next, laughing again all while falling in love with her characters.

I enjoyed this one! Tanner and Callie's story was great. It was funny, heartbreaking, sweet all rolled into one. A good read from start to finish.

What I liked: AMAZING! I fell in love with Callie & Tanner. They are both such wonderful people who’ve been hurt terribly you just want to hug them and smack them – there’s no way you’ll remember they’re fiction though!
What I didn’t like: There are three problems with ‘One in a Million’ in my humble opinion. One, the language and steam are a bit graphic. Two, ‘One in a Million’ references all of the other books so it may be confusing. Three, and most important, ‘One in a Million’ is the last of the series and that is just too depressing to contemplate! Guess, I’ll just have to start the series over.

Loved this book. Will have to get the rest of the series. Lucille Callie's grandma kept me laughing through the whole book and I loved all the secondary characters. Tanner was totally clueless but so was Callie. Loved them trying not to get together but with Lillian's help they didn't stand a chance. Troy was not a typical teenage boy. Fell in love with him too. Great book. Really give this book a try I love it.

    Jill Shalvis does it again!

The Lucky Harbor series has been a favorite of mine since book one. I am saddened by the fact this is the last book in the series. I greatly look forward to the novella updates. If you are looking for a book that makes you feel at home you cannot be disappointed. Jill Shalvis has a way of drawing you in and leaving you wanting more. Great Read!

I have always enjoyed books by Jill Shalvis and her books seem to get better and better. This is another installment to the Lucky Harbor series.

This is one of those books that could go either bad and good.

I understood why Olivia lied so much but when she kept saying hey I need to come clean and doesn't that there is an issue at least to me.

The couple has chemistry between them that clearly can be read as the story develops...Humorous engaging read that is I can honestly rate a 4 stars.

Great end to a wonderful series!

I love this series and her last book did not disappoint! The characters were, again, well written and very likeable. I enjoyed the humor, witty remarks, and the banter between the men. Another great book written by Jill Shalvis! Thank you for this series; it's one that I'll read again and again!

I love the Lucky Harbor series by Jill Shalvis. I eagerly add the books to my Wishlist whenever I see them in the "Coming Soon" section, and it never fails to be soon enough.

One in A Million did not disappoint. The writing is great (as usual), and I really liked the main characters in this novel. Tanner and Callie are hot and a little wounded, but they fit together so well. Add in the fact that Lucille's antics were featured prominently, it was a great novel.

I've read the series might becoming to an end, which  makes me very sad. I do love the Animal Magnetism series, but Lucky Harbor is one of my favorites. But all Lucky Harbor fans will love One in A Million, and you should pick it up right away!

This is the last book of Jill Shalvis’s Lucky Harbor series, and it lives up to the rest of the series!! If you have read any of the Lucky Harbor books, you will remember Lucille, the crazy old lady who runs the social media pages known for their pictures of Tanner and the other “Lucky Harbor Hotties.” This book is about her granddaughter Callie, who runs a wedding site as an online wedding planner. She is in Lucky Harbor to look after her grandmother and has been burned by love before.

Tanner works at the charter company, even though he has a limp. The story of the two of them slowly finding each other is heartwarming, and makes a great end to the series.

Mixed into the Tanner/Callie recipe is Tanner’s teenage son who comes to stay with him. Troy’s presence adds another layer to this great romance, and I love how Shalvis works him into their story.
