Good way to look at history, WWI and Butte MT, and own family

I liked the history especially about WWI and Butte MT. The research was fantastic. The family details were interesting, thought provoking and at times a bit tedious. Some of the instances probably could have been skipped to make the book flow faster and still inform the reader of the story. Still, the book was an amazing family history which will make one wonder about the history of one's own family.

    I Also Recommend:

One of the better family history books

I think this book took a good amount of time to put together.
It is a deeply inspering look at ones family. The details of their lives seperatly and together.
The author follows the lives without complicating the reader but still makes sure they have to think.
