Overview

This is the first book in the new One + One series by Schreier that will focus on making superb knitted accessories with no more than two skeins of yarn. Approximately half of the 25 projects are designed by the author, while other prominent designers provide the remaining designs. The series is designed to showcase the many possibilities of working with just two skeins of yarn, combining luxury and budget yarns, different weights and colors, and so on. The One + One concept lends itself to inspiring creativity on behalf of the knitter, as the designs will be quite versatile and the knitter may experiment with combining yarns for a unique take on the project; it's great for stash-busting, too, which appeals to all knitters. The next book planned in this series is One + One Hats, set for publication in Fall 2012.
