Daughter and son-in-law recommended this book. They love to cook. Not all recipes are to my liking, but there are plenty that I do like. I would definitely recommend it for you cooking library.
I got this ebook on my nook & my first cast iron Lodge pan from Target. I have been wanting to give my wife a break from making all the family meals & wanted to treat her to a special meal - up to this point most of my experience has been standing in front of the grill. I made my wife the fettucinne & scallops & she loved it. She's ready for her next dish. Highly recommend this book.
I'm enjoying cooking just enough for two. Quick and easy and delicious.
