Meredith Laurence, the Blue Jean Chef, is a USA Today best-selling author of seven cookbooks - Make it Sous Vide, Air Fry Genius, Air Fry Everything, Fast Favorites Under Pressure, Delicious Under Pressure, Comfortable Under Pressure, and Comfortable in the Kitchen. To date, Laurence has sold more than a million copies and received overwhelming five-star reviews. As the Blue Jean Chef, Laurence hosts a popular series of videos called The Basics on YouTube, which receives millions of views. Laurence found her love for cooking at a young age. No matter whether you cook with a pressure cooker, Instant Pot®, slow cooker, air fryer or just with a traditional stovetop and oven, these recipes are for you. All of the 88 recipes can be made on the stovetop or in the oven, and then (when it makes sense) I give you alternative directions on how to make it in your favorite appliance. So, you can kick it old school, speed things up, slow things down, do whatever you like and cook it YOUR way.
