When I saw this cookbook was by Martha Stewart that was all I needed to know! I’m a big fan of her food and this cookbook was not a disappointment! It’s one of a kind. I’m also a big fan on one pot dinners and this cookbook provides tons of recipes for just that. The cover looks mouthwatering and it makes you want to pick this book up. Their are recipes for each type of equipment; Dutch Oven, Slow Cooker, Skillet and Saute Pan, Roasting Pan and Baking Dish, Pressure Cooker, and Stockpot. The recipes aren’t hard to find ingredients or crazy expensive to make. A recipe I can’t wait to try is Beef Stroganoff, it looks absolutely delicious. I also find that just making a one pot dinner is beneficial to people who don’t have a lot of time to stand in the kitchen and cook which is one big reason why I love them and I think this cookbook will be helpful to those kinds of people by giving you new ideas for your easy one pot dinners. Also, the cookbook features 120+ recipes so you should always have something new and exciting to create using this cookbook! I would definitely recommend this cookbook to everyone especially Martha Stewart fans. This has to be one of her best cookbooks yet. Even if you aren’t a person pressed for time everyday this cookbook will still work for you, I didn’t want to give off a wrong impression on that subject. Overall, this would make a perfect addition to any cook/chef’s cookbook collection. It definitely has my vote of approval. I give it 5+ stars! I received this book for free from Blogging For Books Program in exchange for my honest review.

Slaving away in the kitchen is just not fun for me. I do not mind helping out but cooking for hours? No way. I would rather hire someone. However I cannot do that. Hooray Martha Stewart Chefs to the rescue. They have made delicious cooking easy and quick. All you need is just “One Pot”. There are seven different “One Pots”: Dutch Oven, Skillet & Saute Pan, Slow Cooker, Roasting Pan & Baking Dish, Pressure Cooker, Stockpot and Desserts. Each chapter gives great advice on choosing your “pot”…what to look for, and great tips for browning, searing etc. which is very helpful for beginner cooks. You are going to want to create every single recipe in the book and your family and friends will love you even more for making them. You will be constantly using this book. It is just that good!
