    Good thing its free

Clearly you dont even need to read it to know you wont like it. All reviews have been bad, but I would have to say in my opinion it wasnt that bad. The only problum i had was that the dates were not matched up, and there were tipos and spelling errors.

    Pass

The prologue claimed this was a tale of vampires from another dimension, among other things. The story then proceeded to ramble here and there, mostly about the wife who died of cancer.

Then in the last 40 pages, the author crammed in other dimensions, black holes, vampires with completely different rules, a human/vampire hybrid who refused the dark side, and the kitchen sink.

Thru out the tale there were numerous inconsistencies. Besides the confusing date, the nieces who were the daughters of one of Benards daughter .... who finally became grandkids and the Explorer that became a Mustang and then back to an Explorer, are examples of the neef for serious editing.

    Needs editing

Story not bad but really needs editing. Some typos but the most blatant were dates.
First they lived in the house since before they were married and had been there 30 years. They were married in 1982 but said at one point that he installed security lights when they moved in in 1986. Few pages later they first moved in the house in 1987. His wife dies in 2010 and the story takes place in 2011 which makes them married in 1981 at the latest. The dates never match up. They may be little things but it drove me nuts. Typos and mispelled or wrong words I can handle but if you are going to put dates in a story at least keep track of them and after all this is a just short story. If this were a full length novel how many more would there be? If dates aren't important to the story why put them in in the first place?

    Not worth my time

I started this book and read through the first 3 chapters, thinking the whole time that I was wasting my time. There was no clear plot line. It seemed to jump around quite a bit. Finally gave up. Would not recommend.
