good diet and health advisory book for casual read

It's an easy and casual reading book that I'd carry with me often to read on bus ride. Most of the stuff in it I have already known from some more heavier weight or more well known health/diet books, such as Wheat Belly or Fat Chance and etc., but this is much simpler and easier to read through and great for casual reading.

The author wrote this book in a simple and easy to understand style, even with some bullet points or summary at the end of each chapter, and provide some recipes here or there as well. I agree with her on the most stuff she wrote if not everything. This book reminds me once again of on how important eating healthy and right foods is in order to live a fit, healthy and happy life.

Such an encouraging offering of good info & great advice!

I've bern reading (and re-reading -- there's good stuff here) this book whenever I get the chance for much of this past year. The author makes recommendations for which she has supporting data, and she remains aware of the inertia holding back her fellow human beings. With caring & kindness she makes suggestions of how to turn around that container ship that is our habits one iota at a time. I found her tone engaging and I had the sense that it matters to her that her readers use this material for their betterment. Her very short chapter format with a concluding summary worked well for me. I've been recommendeing this book to people I care about already, -- now I encourage you to give it a try!
