The book is full of personal insite from the author and wonderful advice that leadds to so much personal growth you will be amazed. The advice is grounded in common sense and easy to apply to your life. I have read so many book about BPD out there, and this is hands down the very best book out there in regards to coping. Its focus is on the reader, not the person with BPD. It help you on your journey, empowers you and lets you see the light at the end of the tunnel. Believe me...you gotta have this book. A Must For Those Involved In Or Recovering From A BPD Relationship

This is a great book full of information that is easy to read and understand. Most books about borderline personality disorder require a PhD to read, and are not very interesting. This author did a wonderful job making the information both: easy to read/understand BPD and ways to make chages towards being happy again. I was able to start putting the information in this book to use immediately after I finished it.
