Meet the Author

David Phillips co-founded Internet Reputation Services Ltd, bringing together research, monitoring and consultancy aspects of internet reputation management. He is also the founder chairman of the Joint Institute of Public Relations and the Public Relations Consultants' Association Internet Commission.

Philip Young is a senior lecturer in PR at the University of Sunderland, specialising in social media and media ethics. He is a lead researcher on the European Public Relations Education and Research Association's EuroBlog project.
