Not worth spending money - very short book if you can call it one

I had to give a star to submit this review. This book is basically all common sense. There is no new information in it and is only 20 pages long. A ridiculous waste that doesn't live up to it's claims. You can get the same information for free just by surfing the web.

I was very disappointed in the lack of information in this book. Way too basic for even beginning runners.

Short and sweet. This is meant for a beginning runner, and it has good basic info.

This book is only 20 pages. There is good information in the book but I am not sure it is worth the 14 cents a page price. I was VERY disappointed. This book left wanting more information. I would not recommend this book to a friend.
