A Great Way to Spend Time with God!!!

Father Thomas Keating does an excellent job of teaching and explaining the technique of "Centering Prayer". Many are unaware of Centering Prayer and the multiple benefits that it offers to the contemplative spirit. Everyone from a beginner to a well seasoned prayer can learn so much from Fr. Keating's teachings. Centering Prayer is something we "grow" into as we practice it daily. The benefits are immeasurable!!!
