Thankful for having a friend bring this book to my attention...

The messages are so powerful and beautifully connected that they moved me to tears on several occasions. No matter what your background, ethnicity, or age, there is something in here that you will be able to feel in your heart. This is a book that will become part of you and truly 'Open' your eyes and your soul to the hearts and lives of others. A great gift for family, friends, teachers, co-workers, or just for yourself! My words cannot do it justice...what do you think?

    A Spiritually-Moving Read

I read this incredible anthology in a day, and was moved beyond words -- especially for some of the book's masterful poetry. Two days later (on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day), I saw his daughter, Yolanda, appear on CBS' The Early Show. She was quite eloquent and gracious, and read her favorite poem from the book: 'A Walk In The Clouds' by Steven Manchester. It was my favorite, too! If you haven't heard it, you definitely need to go out and buy the book!
