    Really handy

Similar to the file browser capabilities within Quickoffice Pro and OfficeSuite Pro, but free! Actually has a few options and capabilities not found in those other apps—for example, showing thumbnails of your image files, choosing between list and tile layouts, and bookmarking commonly-used folders for quick access. Has a LOT of settings and options, which can be daunting at first, but it's well worth playing around with.

It can be a little buggy, specifically being sometimes slow to respond (which I assume to be a side effect of the many cusromization options it has to keep track of). I would like to see some of the smaller buttons increased in size, which might help smooth out the operation. I am also looking forward to the updates that promise to include cloud service syncing.

A little off-topic side note to the reviewer who commented on B&N's supposedly slow response in creating this app or whatever: that's not how it works! B&N does not create any of the content dowloaded from the shop. They only work on the OS developments. Apps we want to see nave to come from third-party developers just like apps on any other platform. So, thanks to the devs of this app for taking the initiative to create or port it to Nook.

    It works as advertised.

This app works fine for copying, pasting, moving, and sorting files. It can also read .zip files which is very useful. The app does crash in certain folders (system, app will crash it.) I also can't figure out how to make the app link to a computer, so if anybody knows how, let me know. Overall, an app worth getting, but not perfect yet.

FINALLY! This is a must-have app for managing files/apps/content in the Nook OS on unrooted Nooks

Finally, BN has responded to requests from unrooted Nook users to plant a much-needed file explorer app in the woefully, sparsely populated "walled garden" Nook ecosystem. Looking forward to enjoying this app's promised upgrades to allow users to selectively save/sync files with 3rd party services, such as SkyDrive, etc. Once those upgrades are made, this app may also become attractive for use on the "Android side" of dual-booted Nooks.

    I really enjoy this app.

This app gives more access to my nook without having to be hooked up to my computer. I wish I could help the maker of this app but I don't know what I could do. Still great overall app.

Good & much needed on the nook.

A very good file manager. Lets u move files between your nook and computer over your home network. Excellent support from author. Unfortunately B&N is very slow at uploading updates. I sent a bug report to the author, he fixed the bug and uploaded the update last week and B & N still hasnt placed the update in its store!

    Just what the nook needed

Look forward to updates but so far so good. Love being able to create new folders and moving content into different folders without having to do it on the computer. Thank you devs.

Great app, but not intuitive and some difficulties.

This is a great app, especially since it is for free. It helps me organize my files, especially since I read a lot of PDFs and want to keep them organized. A few things though: it's not intuitive and hard to figure out how to use it, it also seems like it is not made for the Nook since the check boxes on the side of the files are incredibly hard and I spend a lot of time accidentally opening and closing files just because I'm trying to move them around. This being said, it is still a great app.

Great file manager for the nook.

This app is what I have been looking for. I would like to see the ability to move Dropbox & Evernote files to and from the Nook. Great start in it's current version.

    Excellent Application

In Windows I use Windows Explorer all the time. It always helps to know your file system. This file explorer does everything Windows Explorer does. Good job! I depend on it. I do a lot of file moving and copying. Best tool for the Nook!

    Must Have. Done.

What else is therr to say, if you have a nook, thus app is a MUST. I can cofindently saw that this app is one of the best in th enook app library, easily. I want to thank the dev for creating this app, it deffinitely breathe life into b&n's barren library. Highly recommended for anyone who owns a nook, just makes it so much more easier to move around content without having to hook it up to a computer all thr damn time.
Just takes some time to figure how everuthing works but once you do, your golden.

A much needed app with great design that will benefit from stability improvements

Being able to manage files and folders is a must in every electronic device and the nook is no exception. This app came to the rescue and one can see its author put careful thought into it. So big kudos for that.

That said, sometimes the app simply does not start at all for some unkown reason. Aparently it starts loading and then, puf, it closes never actually fully loading. Other times you are already working with it and while inside its environment managing, copying and/or moving files, the app "crashes"/closes itself and you don't know whether something bad ocurred to your files from the unfinished operation meking one think whether they might have became corrupted or deleted. Although fortunately nothing serious or major has happened to my files on the nook while working with this app, the mere fact that this might happen raises a big concern for which I greatly encourage the author ensure the app is robust, solid and seamless with the nook environment so that the app's unpredictability and unstability get fully resolved. The author has undergone a long path towards a great and very useful app. It just a matter of keep up on that direction a little bit more. All the best!

    Unrully, erratic behavior

When it works it is a thing of beauty. I have been using it for 5 months and once it crashed so bad that i had to hard reset my Nook. I suspect the problem is Barnes and Noble's skin. It has a trouble sometimes like displaying contents of a file as control characters when you do a lot of manual searching. Seems like backyracking your steps with the B&N backtrace on lower tool bar disrupts the pointer registers. And once it does that ...well Reset.

When I select pictures to open the program crashes every time. This program is not available for prime time.

There are a lot of good file management programs available for Android. This is not one of them.
