This is a very interesting and informative book about how real estate agents and home sellers can be more successful with people from other cultures. The author discusses many cultural differences as they impact business transactions such as negotiating and writing contracts. He also gives some interesting insights into cultural beliefs such as numerology and other superstitions. This is a must-read for anyone trying to sell a home or work with multicultural real estate clients. Fascinating and valuable.
