    Downright weird

I don't know if this book is one in a series or is suppose to be able to stand on its own but either way it was just silly. It starts out in a place where women are not only in charge but are barely above the male equivalent of thugs. I had no idea who the main characters were until about a third of the way into the book and its only 110 pages. The main characters were not that likeable and under developed and the plot - capturing a rapist - was just an afterthought and WWWAAAYY to easily wrapped up.

This is not a book i would recommend.
