Very good for start up and casual to mid heavy users.

This book is intended for novice technical users (those starting off in the IT field and/or learning their way around Windows 7), not those with a moderate+ level of experience with the product. Within 1 hour I was able to read or simply pass 3/4 of this book because I already knew the data or was not applicable to my desire on how to optimize Windows 7. On a positive note, the book was well written and shared a good amount of information in a precise format.
