I recently received this book, and must say I wish I had this when my older children were babies. There is so much good information on starting solids with your baby, the recipes are creative while remaining palatable for a small child, and as a bonus, the photography is beautiful. I absolutely love this cookbook, and so far the recipes we have tried have been a hit not only with my toddler, but my older kids as well.

I just got this book and it's already my favorite cookbook!!! The photos make it a joy to look at, but most importantly the recipes fit our healthy lifestyle. It's simple in it's layout making it easy to follow and everything I have made so far is getting rave reviews from both of my daughters! This book makes cooking fun and being a mom a little bit easier! I will be looking for more of Anni Daulter's books.

I used this book for both my babies...never bought a jar of baby food. Now both my girls are always complimented on what healthy, good eaters they are. My toddler loves raw veggies, fruit, meat, dairy, spices, and various textures. Just about the only thing no one has gotten her to eat is chicken nuggets and hot dogs. It's like she can tell they aren't real food! I would highly recommend for raising healthy, not-picky eaters!!!

Baby food is a myth -- canned little jars of mush weren't around just a few generations ago. For thousands of years we've been feeding our kids the same nutritious things we eat, but in the last 50 years that trend has changed. Books like Organically Raised are so important for getting out fresh ideas of nourishing our children. The food our kids receive in the first few years of life are arguably the most important years of nutrition, and have an impact on a child's lifelong health. Why not make those years of whole and fresh foods? Organically Raised is filled with recipes that I drool over as an adult. The flavor choices are innovative and make me excited to hit the kitchen and feed my family right. 5 stars from me, no doubt.

I just came across this little gem of a cookbook and thought I'd try it with my 3 yr old. I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful it is and how yummy the recipes look. So far we've tried one of the yogurt mixes, the souffle (very easy!) and the sweet potato cakes. So delicious! Can't wait to try the rest. You and your children will not be sorry you got this cookbook!
