This book is not a quick, slam bam read. The book is designed for the reader to analyze, 1st how he/she spends their time and then to take that information and rearrange their thought processes and then to reorganize their life goals and work/personal activities. I have found that since I started reading and keeping track of how I spend my time that it is much easier to organize my prospective day. I learned that it is important to plan time for interruptions and that you will have them. Ken Ziegler writes this book with the knowledge and experience of one who has done what he is suggesting you to do. He walks the talk and can give you the feeling that he is not telling you, or asking you to do something that he doesn't do or hasn't, himself, done. I highly recommend this book if you are having time, organizational or planning issues in your professional or personal life. Both are important to get everything out of that you can. They aren't making any more time and with the pressures of today's world you will want to be ready.
