This is a very informative description of the evolution of man. There are some new and different perspectives of accepted facts. Many of the findings and facts I learned in physical and cultural anthropology were reinforced. More colorful photographs and artistic representitives would have enhanced this book tremendously. Chapters on 'The Language of Art', The Art of Language', and the 'Origin of Mind' were new to me and extremely interesting. This book is well worth reading. Was this review helpful?
