Overview

Othello, The Moor of Venice is a tragedy by William Shakespeare based on the short story "Moor of Venice" by Cinthio, believed to have been written in approximately 1603. The work revolves around four central characters: Othello, his wife Desdemona, his lieutenant Cassio, and his trusted advisor Iago. Attesting to its enduring popularity, the play appeared in 7 editions between 1622 and 1705. Because of its varied themes — racism, love, jealousy and betrayal — it remains relevant to the present day and is often performed in professional and community theatres alike. The play has also been the basis for numerous operatic, film and literary adaptations. (From Wikipedia)

Widely esteemed as the greatest writer in the English language, William Shakespeare (1564-1616) was an actor and theatrical producer in addition to writing plays and sonnets. Dubbed "The Bard of Avon," Shakespeare oversaw the building of the Globe Theatre in London, where a number of his plays were staged, the best-known of which include Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet, and Macbeth. The First Folio, a printed book of 36 of his comedies, tragedies, and history plays, was published in 1623.

There seems to be something wrong with Act IV in this version and it will not open on my Nook or on my PC... Either way I would go with a different version.

It works. Its a book. But there were so many typos and random numbers everywhere, it was annoying to read. But for desperate students, its cheaper than buying the book.

Without a moment of pause, she replied with a annoyed tone. "You must think I am foolish. First off, why am I even talking to you? You not a deputy nor a leader. Second off, I'm not going to just rattle off all my plans to you when the whole world is watching, we have never met, the whole idea is riding on a maybe, and you not a deputy or a leader. Good bye. Ferns, Poisenclaw, come back home with me please." She said with a nod and walked out.
