Author/illustrator extraordinaire Todd Parr helps get rid of the bedtime blues in this lively picture book debuting Otto!
Parr's lovable pooch isn't ready for sleep -- "he wishes he didn't have to stop doing all the fun things he does all day." Otto's most favorite activities include "digging for bones, chasing his tail, rolling in the mud," and more. Unfortunately, taking a bath and "brushing his teeth with chicken-flavored toothpaste" don't help, but when he snuggles up and thinks about happy things, the hound has no trouble falling asleep.
No bones about it, Otto is a canine kids will adore! A peppy dog who shows that going to bed is a breeze "when you dream about all your favorite things," Otto's feelings and experiences are sure to have kids nodding in understanding. With artwork that's as fresh and lively as ever, Parr has created an awesome, feel-good friend. Matt Warner
