I got this cookbook on a special, for forty-nine cents. Otherwise, I would have not bought it. It's pretty much an average release from Gooseberry Patch with many recipes I've seen before. I bought the Nook version, and it has 93 pages on the Nook Tablet. I always gripe that they place the Interactive Index in the back of the book, so you have to jump to the back to see the list of recipes. However, if you tap on the bottom of the screen and then tap on "Contents," you can pull up an interactive list of recipes too. A few of the recipes are from scratch, but as usual the majority require mixes (muffins, bread). or canned soup. I did see a few recipes that I can use. We made the "Go Bananas Pancakes," easily and expensively with items we already have in the house. Most of the recipes I've seen before online and can easily get there. So if you can't get it for the same amount that I did, you might want to look at the sample first.
