Zippy Shredded Pork
2 to 3-lb. boneless pork loin roast
salt and pepper to taste
16-oz. jar salsa
Optional: hot pepper sauce, chopped green chiles
6 hard rolls, split
Place roast in a slow cooker; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour salsa over roast; add hot sauce or chiles for extra heat, if desired. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours, until meat shreds easily. Stir meat to shred completely and serve on rolls.
