Overview

Don't just read about human resources; watch it happen before your eyes! OUR FEATURE PRESENTATION: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT combines a workbook with film clips on CD and Video to walk you through human resources by showing key human resource moments in popular films. And when the film is over, the rest of class time is fast-paced as well. Special debate topics, included with the textbook, lead you and your classmates through a lively discussion about human resources and what it might mean to you in the future.

This collection of sixteen film scenes highlights many important human resource principles, theories, and concepts. Specially designed as a student workbook to accompany the Bohlander/Snell, Managing Human Resources, 14e textbook, it will help students learn core human resource ideas through popular film. This format addresses the trend of the 'edutainment' approach to teaching that many instructors believe is necessary to keep students interested. Solutions to workbook questions can be found in the Bohlander/Snell Instructor's Resource Guide.
