Our God of Wonders, Vol. 1

Editorial Reviews

All Music Guide - Ashleigh Kittle
In 2002, the creators of City on a Hill released Our God of Wonders, Vol. 1. The compilation project features modern worship songs, including Third Day's "Your Love Oh Lord," Jars of Clay's "Needful Hands," and Michael W. Smith's "Agnus Dei." In addition, the album serves to introduce artists Sarah Sadler, the Paul Colman Trio, and Adore, each of whom debuted on Essential Records following the release of Our God of Wonders, Vol. 1. As far as compilation projects go, Essential Records offers a strong collection of popular worship songs from some of Christian music's most respected artists.
