This "book" is a total rip off. It is less than 40 pages. You cannot tell what is in it from the free sample. It doesn't contain much and I don't see anything I would bother with. Here is an example of on of the so called recipes - Glazed Sausage Rolls. It says you need a batch of pastry and six sausages. Basically you cut the sausages in half and wrap each piece in a square of pastry and bake in a medium oven until done. There are no instructions regarding the pastry, no instruction regarding type of sausage or even temperature of the oven. If this was something I was interested in eating I surely would not need such a lame recipe. I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend this book.
