The BEST ever Masonic leaderhip manual

I have been a Freemason for 31 years and been elected Worshipful Master twice. This is a fantastic resource for the Blue Lodge officers, from Director of Ceremonies to Chaplain to JW, SW, and Master. This is a must buy book if you want to learn how a lodge should be run. There are no Masonic secrets or details of initiation. Don't buy this book to learn about the philosophy of Masonry, though the author does weave some of that in the book. This book assumes you are already a Mason, and have been for a couple years. This book tells each officer and appointed comittee chairmen, how to operate a vibrant lodge. I bought one copy for each of my officers and presented to to them at my installation as WM.

    Blown Away by this Book

I am truly blown away by this book. I read the original, and it seemed a bit stuffy, but Michael Poll has revised this work into one that is not only extremely valuable for any lodge officer, but a book that is warm and friendly to read. This is a MUST HAVE book for anyone who is even thinking about becoming a Masonic lodge officer.
