The IMF will be shown the door. Newly hatched revolutionary movements, like the Sandinistas in Nicaragua, and the JRG in El Salvador, will be encouraged.
Neither London nor Washington wants any of that. Unfortunately, however, the only person who could conceivably do anything about it is someone the Brits would rather not acknowledge.
