Meet the Author

After growing up amidst the summer brushfires of southern California, Steve received degrees in astronomy and physics from the University of Arizona, and now teaches middle school mathematics.

His short fiction has received honorable mention in Writer's Digest's Writing Competition, and he's an avid blogger about technique in fiction. He's pursuing an MFA in creative writing from the accredited Northwest Institute of Literary Arts, and his stories have been published in Quantum Muse, Anotherealm, and elsewhere.
