Meet the Author

Tanya Harter Pierce, M.A., MFCC, has a master's degree in clinical psychology and is retired from her counseling practice as a Marriage, Family, and Child Counselor. When one of her family members was diagnosed with cancer that was considered incurable by conventional medicine, she found herself searching for alternative options. She also found that this information wasn't easy to understand or to sort through quickly, so she organized what she learned from her research into this easy-to-read guide.

    Highly Recommended

    When cancer hit our family, I wanted to know what options we had. This book was really informative. We were able to work with our md and make better decisions. Has a wonderful list of very good questions to ask before any treatments. Helped us to take control and feel much better with the decisions that we made.
    It's a hard decision. With this book we had intelligent conversations about what is available. Helping us weight the pros and cons together and with our md.

    Get Informed!

    If you care about your health you must read this book! Don't expect your doctor to provide you with successful alternative treatments for cancer...most are looking to make money off you. Cancer treatment by the AMA hasn't changed for over 60 years...it's still radiation, chemo and surgery. This book is extremely helpful. Hope you get as much out of it as we did.
