No matter how confident (or depressed!) you are about your job search -- buy this book NOW and read it right away, is my recommendation. Your confidence level will double, and your enthusiasm for starting the new year's search with a big advantage will skyrocket.
At least -- that's how this book has worked for me.
Finally, finally -- a professionally written book that recognizes the difference between a first-time job seeker...and a seasoned professional!

this book is for general reader only. It does not require intensive research and is not innovative.It is very interesting and provide general information on what one needs to do when over 40, although the writing is pretty general.
