I read Nero Wolf mysteries when I was a youth in the lATE 30'S AND 40'S enjoyed them then and in rereading them today enjpy them just as I did then, the stories written in the 50's and 60's continue the same pace as the first stories and are just as enjopyable, B7N need to stock more in their stores.

Arrogant, lazy, rude...the great Nero Wolfe has been referred to as all of these, but will a kinder side be revealed when a Balkan bombshell enters his office seeking a defense in the matter of some missing diamonds? Maybe, when the woman in question claims to be his daughter. And when a client in her fencing school is stabbed through the heart Wolfe, Archie and co. are thrust into a mystery of international concern that pushes the envelope of suspense. Over My Dead Body...a real treat especially with a look into the youth of the great detective when (at a much lighter weight)he made his presence known in Montenegro. No one compares with the mastery of Rex Stout.
