    Incredible book

Shane Ellison hated the rat race of working for a Big Pharma company and being forced to lie to the public about drugs. He has since gone out on his own and created a great newsletter and this book, as well as a few others that are equally honest and forthright.

    Wow!

As a 52 year old woman at 5'6" and 150 pounds who has been told she has high colesterol, high blood pressure, poor sight and trouble sleeping, I found this book to be very informational. I immediately threw out my colesterol medicine and plan on working with my doctor to go off of two other prescriptions. I'm going to start right away with these natural supplements not only due to costs, but for what I believe to be the importance of my future health.
Read this book and be prepared to be in awe of not only the information you will recieve about existing prescription medicines but also in depth explanations of how they effect your health versus all natural supplements.
    Will keep you updated...

    Definitely worth the read

Even if you don't follow through and take the supplements Ellison recommends, this book is full of great information. I do recommend doing your own research and making up your own mind, but Ellison presents some great arguments.
