Lead of the piece is very immature and insecure. The story dragggsss... According to the writer, Jessica has fallen hard for, been dumped or cheated on by every man she's had an interest in, and I'm only a quarter of the way through. I'm not sure I will be able to read this one until it finally gets interesting, caused based on other reviews, that may never happen.

Enjoyed this book and story line, however would have liked a little less of Jessica and her insecurities. I like strong women in my reads. I will however pick up book 2 on my nook and read it as well.

    Not a winner

If I could have given this book a half of a star I would have. It is one of the most boring 'free' books I have read to date. It reads like a very young person wrote it, possibly even a first book. Would not recommend.

    Eh.

This book had a good story plot to an extent but it was rushed and story itself was poorly executed. For a free book i gues it is okay. Though the letters were a huge part in the resolution of the story as well as the climax i feel it reallh didnt become important until the end. The whole story with william and b is sort of stupid but in a way makes sense. The author could have made a better life storh for that affair. I felt really bad for alex. The whole lesson of this book should have been dont walk ojt on commitments but not only did kyle do so but the main character did too. There is no good message. I dont usually give bad reviews bug this story was quirky rushed and a little annoying. The main characters thoughts were childish and sounded a lot like a teenager. The situation was awkward and a little out there and the lack of an interesting easy to follow and effective storh line made it less interesting. It would be a nice little film though. And one more thing....the story repeated some thoghts and lines more than once. Ugh im sorry for the poor review but i only speak my opinion.

This book was okay. I can't imagine going to the extent this character did for the old letters she found. Wouldn't spend money for another like it

    Ok book

It was an ok book, not my usual read but I will read a lot of things and it was nice to see letters from the past telling things that might now have been shared.

Don't bother with this book, it's not worth you? time.

Must be a new, inexperienced writer. Not well written and the story drags on. A lot of boring repetition.

    Horrible

Since i have to at least give it one star i guess i will. The lead was so insecure and childish. she acted more like a 12 year old than a grown woman and she was so unsure about herself second guessing everything she did. It got very annoying by the 4th chapter and by the end of the book I was just glad it was over and have no intentions on reading the second one.

Too many flaws to enjoy Too many flaws to enjoy

Example the main character is completely wet and muddy yet only uses a washcloth on some of he body then dons clothes multiple times and even and goes to bed with her room in a mansion that must have a full bath and shower?

    I loved this book!

To me it was a well-written book with an interesting story line and crisp, believable dialogue. I look forward to reading more books by Christine Kersey.
