    The anxiously-awaited 2nd edition does not disappoint!

    Updated and upgraded, Overcoming Anxiety for Dummies, 2nd edition, remains true to the excellent work of Drs. Elliott and Smith. Along with refreshing the material from their 2007 edition, they have included a new section, "Zeroing in on Specific Worries" that makes this book especially topical. In their easy-to-follow style, they take readers by the hand and teach them how to take in stride the challenges of the 21st Century. Whether you are concerned about career or financial stressors, natural disasters or pandemics, Drs. Elliott & Smith make effective coping an achievable reality for every reader.
