This book provided me with an awesome balance of science, exercises, and biblical verses to help me understand myself, accept myself, and deal with life's problems. A weight was lifted off my chest and on tough days, various thoughts from the book comfort me. I bought this in the airport on the way to visit my son at a military base. I could not put it down, and when I got done reading it, I immediately reread it, bookmarking certain areas. I bought a book for my son who is dealing with the same feelings and we are reading it and discussing it together...Thank you, Ann McMurray and Dr. Gregory!Was this review helpful?
