Answers and encouragement - you are not crazy and you are not alone!

This book provided me with an awesome balance of science, exercises, and biblical verses to help me understand myself, accept myself, and deal with life's problems. A weight was lifted off my chest and on tough days, various thoughts from the book comfort me. I bought this in the airport on the way to visit my son at a military base. I could not put it down, and when I got done reading it, I immediately reread it, bookmarking certain areas. I bought a book for my son who is dealing with the same feelings and we are reading it and discussing it together...Thank you, Ann McMurray and Dr. Gregory!
