    Practical Help and Advice

    This book is very easy to understand for a non-medical person. It gives clear and practical guidelines for being able to overcome as well as prevent any back and neck pain. It's a wonderful resource to have and I have referred back to the numerous exercises on many occasions.

    Great Self Help

    This book is perfectly perfect. It is simple, yet effective. The author is highly spirited and her knowledge and experience shines through each page. A must read for now and a great resource for later.
