This is a concise, easy to read book with very applicable tools to help one respond positively and in an appropriate manner to emotions. It is informative without bogging you down in details, easy to relate to and provides excellent examples of scripture to help see God's plan for emotions expressed positively in our lives rather than negatively. It conveys the message without being condemning. Good read.
